A Plan To Revitalize Downtown Sudbury

Sudbury’s downtown core has improved in recent years, but still falls short of what it could be. Having realized this; the City of Greater Sudbury, in conjunction with the Greater Sudbury Development Corporation, have put together a master plan outlining 10 years of future growth.

Greater Sudbury’s plan was recently revealed to the public on GrowDowntown.ca. This relatively new website is dedicated to raising awareness of the changes required to recapture the former glory of Sudbury’s downtown core.

On The Road With The Junior Achievement Program

Youth Innovation has been braving the harshest winter conditions we have seen in recent memory in an effort to educate and inspire children in Moosonee. Micheline Blais and Lyndsay Brisard have been on the road since Monday, January 16th teaching Junior Achievement Programs to Aboriginal youth.

As an official supplier of the provincially accredited Junior Achievement Program in the Northeastern Ontario Region, we provide business education to elementary and high school students that teaches them entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and work readiness skills.
